The Mississippi School Boards Association (MSBA) will host the 52nd Annual Conference on February 24-25, 2025 at the The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center in Flowood, MS.
Annual Conference Overview
The MSBA Annual Conference brings together school board members and education leaders from across the state to share information that shapes the future of our students. The conference provides two and one-half days of significant presentations and experiences to energize your leadership team and district.
School leaders will gain ideas and strategies through the Early Bird Leadership seminar, general sessions, concurrent sessions, speakers, demonstrations, and exhibitors with cutting-edge content, best practices, and the new ideas to support student achievement. Governance and Leadership
Effective leadership skills are necessary to transform public education. Discover the value of using governance tools resources to accomplish the mission of the district.
Advocacy
Learn about current state and federal topics that are affecting education leaders and impacting local control and governance.
School Board Policy

Evaluation
Selecting and evaluating the superintendent is one of the school board’s most important jobs.
